I’m looking to sell some cards. Do you buy singles?

We are currently buying cards for the following TCGs/CCGs:

• • Magic: The Gathering
  • Pokemon
  • One Piece
  • Riftbound

Where can I sell my cards to you?

Our online buylist tool is available on our website. The buylist currently supports Magic, One Piece, and Riftbound.

You can also visit us in store to sell cards. A staff member will receipt your collection for valuation; this process can take up to one week depending on size, with typical turnaround of 2–4 days.

Can I sell cards to you today?

On-the-spot evaluation is available at staff discretion and subject to availability. We cannot buy cards during event registration.

For the fastest turnaround, we recommend using the buylist tool, which provides instant valuation in both cash and store credit.

Can you verify if my card is real?

We cannot provide written certificates of authenticity. However, we’re happy to inspect cards in person and provide informal guidance.

What can I use my store credit on?

Store credit can be used on event entry, singles, sealed products, pre-release events, snacks, drinks, accessories, and pre-orders.

Will my store credit expire?

No, store credit does not expire.

Can I transfer credit to another player?

Yes, provided they have an active account with us.

Can I use someone else’s store credit?

Only if the account owner is present and approves the transaction.

Can I purchase store credit with cash for online use?

Yes, speak to a staff member in store.

Do you accept AfterPay or PayPal Pay-in-4?

No, we do not accept installment payment options.

How long does order picking take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 days.

Can I pick up my order same day?

You will receive an email when your order is ready. Please wait for this before coming in.

How long will you hold my order?

Orders are held for 60 days from fulfilment. A reminder is sent after 30 days, and uncollected orders are reviewed every 60 days.

If collection will be delayed, please contact us. If you cannot collect within a week, we recommend selecting shipping.

Can I collect cash in person for my collection?

We pay out collections in cash if the value is less than $100. Collections valued at >$100 are paid via bank transfer. 

Do I need ID for cash trades?

Payments paid out in cash in store are verified using any valid form of government ID including: driver's license, passport, proof of age card, or Medicare card. We may accept other forms of identification at our discretion.  

Do you price match?

We may price match an item if it is in stock and available from a competitor's site. Items that are limited edition, out of stock, or on pre-order may not be eligible for a price match. We are at our sole discretion to offer a price match on any item.

What are your operating hours?

Monday: 1PM–10PM
Tuesday–Friday: 11:30AM–10PM
Saturday & Sunday: 10AM–6PM
